KYC Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Onboarding Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customers via email and Slack to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Collecting key information and assisting in executing global operations processes
• Supporting KYC analysts with subject matter expertise and managing the Quality Assurance program

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Operations
• AML/KYC knowledge and experience
• Ability to identify quality gaps and provide feedback and coaching
• Proficiency in identifying process improvement opportunities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google spreadsheets; SQL knowledge is a bonus
