KYC Operations Lead

Job Summary

Collaborating with a team of global KYC/KYB analysts, the full-time KYC Operations Lead (Hotels) will ensure compliance with AML, CTF, and KYC regulations while managing onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes for hotel and hospitality partners in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding and compliance review processes for hotel partners, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
• Enhance existing KYC/KYB processes and collaborate with technology teams to automate workflows specific to hotel entities
• Provide training and support to team members on KYC/KYB policies and procedures related to hotel ownership structures

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in KYC/KYB operations, particularly in the hotel or hospitality sector
• Proven knowledge of AML, CTF, and KYC regulations with a focus on complex ownership structures
• Experience in reviewing and improving KYC/KYB processes for hotel onboarding and monitoring
• Ability to manage escalations involving complex hotel groups and franchise structures
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management
