Job Summary
To enhance compliance and mitigate risks, the fully remote KYC Specialist on a fixed-term contract will verify customer identities, assess associated risks, and monitor trends to prevent financial crime.
Key responsibilities
- Review new customer accounts and verify their identities
- Assess risks associated with customers and study trends in customer behavior
- Raise issues with the KYC supervisor and improve customer satisfaction through effective communication
Required qualifications
- Experience in a Customer Support environment
- Solid awareness of KYC, Financial Crime, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes
- Excellent observational and analytical skills with strong critical thinking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confident decision-making capabilities
