KYC Support Agent

Job Summary

Engaging with customers to facilitate their KYC journey, the full-time KYC Support Agent will assist clients in completing the KYC customer portal process, ensuring timely document submission and providing support while working remotely from Spain or Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the KYC customer portal, ensuring successful completion of required checks
• Advise clients on document requirements and assist with data uploads related to KYC
• Proactively reach out to clients to enhance their KYC experience and troubleshoot minor portal issues

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and German; Spanish is a bonus
• High School Diploma or higher education
• Experience in banking and/or KYC is a plus
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Salesforce and/or Gainsight is a plus
