Job Summary
Providing L1-L2 technical support for end users in a corporate environment, the full-time Service Desk Engineer will maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide L1-L2 technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Maintain and monitor office IT infrastructure, including computers and peripheral devices
- Install, configure, and support Windows and MacOS operating systems
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support roles
- Proven experience supporting end-user devices in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and MacOS support
- Basic experience with infrastructure systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, and VPN
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency in written and spoken English
