L2/L3 Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for L2/L3 Support Consultants specializing in iScala ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Epicor iScala ERP across various functional modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, defects, and performance problems to ensure smooth operations
• Manage incident, problem, and change requests utilizing ITSM tools, ensuring adherence to SLAs

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of ERP application support experience with a focus on Epicor iScala
• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes and global ERP environments
• Solid SQL knowledge for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis
• Experience supporting interfaces/integrations with upstream/downstream systems
• Ability to support application upgrades, patches, and coordinate testing and deployment activities
