Job Summary

A company is looking for an L2 Support Engineer in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and ensure reliability, security, and scalability of sites and services
  • Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements for site reliability
  • Support change management processes and ensure compliance with requirements

Qualifications:
  • Liferay, Angular, and NodeJs skills
  • Experience with access management tools like OKTA, Active Directory, Ping Federate, ID Proofing
  • Proficiency in CICD tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible
  • Familiarity with API management tools like APIgee gateway
  • Mandatory skills in Middleware, Appdynamics, and Apache Tomcat
