Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Ensure reliable L2 support coverage for US-based customers and manage workload effectively
Independently investigate and resolve customer issues, reproducing complex scenarios as needed
Evolve into a resource for the team, contributing to onboarding, documentation, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in a technical support role
Proficient in Python and strong expertise in AWS
Experience with tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK/SDK
Strong understanding of Linux, macOS, and Windows environments
Familiarity with relational and non-relational database systems
