L2 System Administrator
Job Summary
Providing comprehensive L2 technical support, the fully remote L2 System Administrator will manage server infrastructure, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support both Windows and Linux environments while ensuring optimal system performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer Windows Server environments and perform Linux system maintenance, including troubleshooting and patch management
- Deliver advanced desktop support and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) ticket resolution processes
- Oversee network troubleshooting and virtualization platform support while maintaining security protocols and system documentation
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in system administration or L2 technical support
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Linux system administration and command-line operations
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Understanding of network troubleshooting and TCP/IP fundamentals
