Job Summary

A company is looking for an L2 Technical Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer support calls and document issues or requests in the feedback log
  • Assist in testing developed items and document any identified bugs or defects
  • Communicate with developers and other departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • Over 2 years of experience in .NET Core MVC Framework
  • Technical ability to troubleshoot bugs
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
  • Ability to reproduce reported issues
  • Degree in computer science or information technology is a plus
