Job Summary

A company is looking for an L2 Technical Support Engineer responsible for providing advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Symantec and Broadcom security products, diagnosing and resolving complex issues
  • Manage incidents and maintain documentation in accordance with ITIL practices
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve security posture and service outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Broadcom/Symantec certifications strongly preferred
  • Additional certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP are a plus
