Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer (L2).

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in private cloud deployments using OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies
  • Provide high-tier support for critical product issues and lead incident calls
  • Act as a shift-level technical leader, maintaining platform health and managing emerging issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with OpenStack core services and Neutron networking
  • Hands-on knowledge of Cinder storage backends and strong Ceph experience
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and advanced Linux system administration skills
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
