Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer (L2).
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex issues in private cloud deployments using OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies
- Provide high-tier support for critical product issues and lead incident calls
- Act as a shift-level technical leader, maintaining platform health and managing emerging issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with OpenStack core services and Neutron networking
- Hands-on knowledge of Cinder storage backends and strong Ceph experience
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and advanced Linux system administration skills
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
