L3 Network Technician
Job Summary
Supporting network installation activities, the contract L3 Network Technician will coordinate with field engineers and vendors, assist with circuit installation and troubleshooting, and develop Python scripts for operational tasks over a 10-14 week period.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with field engineers and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution of network installation activities
- Support circuit installation efforts, including execution, validation, and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor, track, and update installation activities and tickets through the ServiceNow platform
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting network installation and deployment activities in an L3 Network Technician capacity
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki technologies, including basic configuration and validation
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining Python scripts
- Strong understanding of IP networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience using ServiceNow to manage tasks, incidents, and installation updates
