Job Summary

A company is looking for an L3 Support Engineer to oversee technical support escalations and engage in software development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate technical support escalations from L1 & L2 support teams
  • Perform product development and support in line with company methodologies
  • Develop, document, and validate software module specifications and designs
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of related experience in software development
  • Experience with REST API development and programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems and virtualization platforms like VMware and Docker
  • Knowledge of database technologies including Oracle and SQL
