Job Summary
Leading L3 production support for mortgage and banking applications, the full-time L3 Support Lead - Banking Applications will manage major incidents, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive root cause analysis in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead L3 production support for mortgage and banking applications
- Manage major incidents, escalations, and bridge calls
- Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of strong L2/L3 production support experience
- Proficiency in incident/problem management and escalation handling
- Experience with SQL troubleshooting and log analysis
- Familiarity with ServiceNow/Jira ticketing systems
- Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics)
