Job Summary

Leading L3 production support for mortgage and banking applications, the full-time L3 Support Lead - Banking Applications will manage major incidents, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive root cause analysis in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead L3 production support for mortgage and banking applications
  • Manage major incidents, escalations, and bridge calls
  • Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams
Required qualifications
  • 8-12 years of strong L2/L3 production support experience
  • Proficiency in incident/problem management and escalation handling
  • Experience with SQL troubleshooting and log analysis
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow/Jira ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics)
