Job Summary

Leading L3 production support operations for mortgage and banking applications, the full-time contract L3 Support Lead - Mortgage Applications will manage high-priority incidents, coordinate with various teams, and ensure adherence to service level agreements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead L3 production support operations and manage high-priority incidents for mortgage/banking applications
  • Act as Incident Commander during major incidents, coordinating recovery activities and communications
  • Oversee offshore-on-site coordination, ensuring smooth operations and mentoring support engineers
Required qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in L2/L3 production support
  • Strong knowledge of incident and problem management processes
  • Experience with SQL troubleshooting and log analysis
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
  • Understanding of mortgage servicing and loan origination applications
