Lab Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Enterprise Education - Lab Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of interactive virtual labs for software solutions and technical toolkits
• Collaborate with SMEs and developers to create real-world hands-on experiences in cloud-based environments
• Manage the end-to-end instructional design process, including needs analysis, content development, and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
• 5+ years of instructional design experience creating self-paced eLearning and technical training
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing virtual labs end-to-end
• Proficiency with Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline for eLearning development
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and/or SQL for managing virtual lab environments
