Lab Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher to manage case dispatching and communication in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and control the dispatch and completion of laboratory cases, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Communicate with various departments to facilitate case tracking, follow-ups, and urgent requests while maintaining excellent customer service
• Document issues and assist in troubleshooting to ensure efficient lab services are provided

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred dispatch experience and some knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling high volumes of telephone communication
• Knowledge of logistics and ability to operate tracking tools effectively
