Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher to manage case dispatching and communication in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and control the dispatching and completion of laboratory cases according to established policies
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely case processing and excellent customer service
• Document issues and conduct follow-ups to ensure all assignments are completed efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in dispatching; knowledge of medical terminology is helpful
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in operating communication devices like Nextel/Blackberry
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently
