Job Summary

Lab Integration Platform Administrator is a full-time salaried position responsible for managing data integration workflows, ensuring secure data transfer, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain data integration workflows and SFTP accounts
  • Troubleshoot data transmission issues and coordinate with lab contacts
  • Document platform changes and support project coordination activities
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or university program certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-6 years of related laboratory experience or experience in the clinical trial industry
  • Experience with Mirth Connect and LIMS systems
  • Knowledge of SFTP configuration
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and hybrid data workflows
