Lab Operations Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Lab Support Department, the Lab Operations Engineer will maintain and operate various device labs, troubleshoot device-related issues, and utilize basic scripting skills, with the flexibility of remote work in a contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and operate a variety of device labs, including Google and other vendor products
• Troubleshoot device-related issues and efficiently resolve tickets for external users and customers
• Perform diagnostics and conduct racking and stacking activities to support lab setup and maintenance

Required qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Bash or Python scripting
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to perform physical activities such as racking and stacking devices
