Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Process Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transfer of biological samples between partner agencies and forensic labs
• Maintain digital records of sample locations and chain-of-custody status
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and assist in updating logistics protocols

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or sample coordination
• Experience handling sensitive or high-value physical materials
• Knowledge of regulations for transporting biological samples
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM and Google Workspace
• Must be eligible to work in the US and pass a comprehensive background check
