Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Services Procedure & Training Document Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead task analysis and design new Lab Services processes and procedures
• Develop written procedures and training documentation for lab staff
• Support business unit process re-engineering and implementation activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Six Sigma certification is highly desired
• Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in an agile environment and remote collaboration
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
