Lab Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a high-level Lab Systems Administrator for a fully remote role to manage administration, maintenance, and master data activities for the MODA platform in support of Biologics Operations, while providing first-tier remote end-user support and coordinating with Global system owners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update workflows within the MODA system to ensure seamless daily laboratory operations
• Assist with MODA system and instrument integrations, executing configuration changes and coordinating technical requirements
• Perform MODA master data updates to support routine business changes and resolve complex master data issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific/technical discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
• Extensive hands-on configuration, administration, and development experience with the MODA platform
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow change management workflows and remote collaboration tools
