Lab Systems Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Systems Architect to design, implement, and maintain technical lab environments for eLearning and instructor-led training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for the design, testing, provisioning, and implementation of Learning Lab environments
• Manage and maintain lab snapshots, optimize lab usage policies, and support LMS system integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and manage stakeholder expectations related to lab systems

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, or MySQL
• Experience managing hypervisor solutions and SaaS platform architecture
• Familiarity with Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Azure Active Directory
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
