Lab Technician II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Tech II to support immunology and immunosafety studies in Irvine, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cell-based assays and ligand binding assays, including ELISA, MSD, and Luminex
• Develop, optimize, validate, transfer, and troubleshoot immunoassays and cell-based assays
• Conduct routine cell culture and flow cytometry assays to evaluate immune responses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences (e.g., Immunology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology) with one year of relevant industry experience preferred
• Hands-on laboratory experience in cell culture and flow cytometry assays
• Experience with basic immunology assays such as ELISA, MSD, and Luminex
• Familiarity with primary cell isolation and culture
