Job Summary

Label and Specification Manager, this full-time position involves leading a team to deliver high-quality regulatory services and manage client relationships for Dutch and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of regulatory services and ensure compliance and quality standards are met
• Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of regulatory professionals while driving operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in client delivery management
• Strong knowledge of international food labelling and compliance requirements
• Experience leading or mentoring teams in a client-facing environment
• Degree in food science/law, commercial economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Commercial awareness and a solution-focused mindset
