Job Summary
Combining analytical expertise with customer relationship management, the full-time remote Labor Analyst and Product Specialist will analyze labor data to generate scheduling recommendations while also leading client meetings, managing relationships, and presenting insights to executives.
Key responsibilities
- Ingest and analyze customer labor data to create automated schedule recommendations and tune models based on outcomes
- Run intake meetings with new customers, lead change-management discussions, and conduct quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product improvements
Required qualifications
- Experience in restaurant operations or workforce analytics, preferably in a customer-facing SaaS environment
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools, with strong spreadsheet skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders from executives to operational staff
- Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving processes
