Labor and Employment Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation and Labor & Employment Counsel (work from home).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance on labor and employment law issues to business managers and HR
• Manage employment disputes, including litigation and administrative proceedings, and oversee outside counsel
• Monitor and advise on compliance with employment laws and regulations, and develop training materials for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• License to practice in good standing in a U.S. state bar
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Demonstrated commitment to cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in labor law is preferred
