Labor and Employment Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor and Employment Counsel to provide legal advice on employment and labor matters globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on labor and employment-related litigation, laws, and regulations
• Partner with HR to offer guidance on the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and terminations
• Manage employment-related litigation and conduct internal investigations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar
• At least 8 years of experience practicing employment law, with a mix of law firm and in-house experience
• Experience managing a broad range of legal issues and collaborating with business leaders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high ethical standards
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
