Labor and Employment Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Paralegal and Employment Law Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage labor and employment litigation, including discovery and compliance processes
• Lead data collection and analysis for compliance programs and affirmative action plans
• Conduct legal research and provide support for labor relations matters as needed

Required Qualifications

• College degree required
• Minimum five years of relevant Labor and Employment and/or HR experience
• Paralegal certificate preferred or equivalent HR professional certifications
• Experience with OFCCP compliance and AAP development strongly preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Labor and Employment litigation management and HR documentation
