Job Summary
A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Paralegal and Employment Law Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage labor and employment litigation, including discovery and compliance processes
- Lead data collection and analysis for compliance programs and affirmative action plans
- Conduct legal research and provide support for labor relations matters as needed
Required Qualifications
- College degree required
- Minimum five years of relevant Labor and Employment and/or HR experience
- Paralegal certificate preferred or equivalent HR professional certifications
- Experience with OFCCP compliance and AAP development strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Labor and Employment litigation management and HR documentation
