Job Summary

Labor Compliance Coordinator, a full-time remote position responsible for administering timekeeping and labor charging compliance for a government contracting workforce, ensuring accurate time entry and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily timekeeping compliance across various employee classifications
  • Review and resolve timekeeping issues, ensuring accurate labor coding and approvals
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities in timekeeping systems
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of timekeeping or payroll support experience in a government contracting environment
  • Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint timekeeping
  • Working knowledge of project labor coding structures within Costpoint
  • Experience supporting non-exempt timekeeping and overtime compliance
  • Strong understanding of SCA timekeeping requirements
