Job Summary
Labor Compliance Coordinator, a full-time remote position responsible for administering timekeeping and labor charging compliance for a government contracting workforce, ensuring accurate time entry and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily timekeeping compliance across various employee classifications
- Review and resolve timekeeping issues, ensuring accurate labor coding and approvals
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities in timekeeping systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of timekeeping or payroll support experience in a government contracting environment
- Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint timekeeping
- Working knowledge of project labor coding structures within Costpoint
- Experience supporting non-exempt timekeeping and overtime compliance
- Strong understanding of SCA timekeeping requirements
