Job Summary
Driving business transformation and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Knowledge Management & Innovation Attorney will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize client service delivery and streamline business processes within the Labor & Employment Practice Service Center.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary KM and Innovation liaison to the Labor & Employment PSC, advising on technology-driven improvements
- Identify and pilot new legal technology tools, capturing user feedback for continuous improvement
- Champion technology adoption and develop training materials to promote user engagement and successful project delivery
Required qualifications
- J.D. and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management/innovation within professional services
- Proven experience with legal technology, project management, and business planning
- Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and innovative mindset
