Labor & Employment Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking senior Labor & Employment Attorneys with over seven years of experience, the fully remote position will focus on advising clients on labor & employment compliance, preparing companies for financing and acquisitions, and representing clients in early-stage litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on municipal, state, and federal labor & employment laws
• Prepare companies for financing rounds, mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs from a labor & employment perspective
• Represent clients in various early-stage litigation matters, including discrimination and wage-and-hour violations

Required qualifications

• At least seven years of experience at a national or regional law firm
• Graduation from a top-tier law school or a demonstrated excellent reputation in the industry
• Existing clients and a strong professional network
• Interest in autonomy over practice while collaborating with top attorneys
• Desire to practice at a high level with diverse and interesting clients
