A company is looking for a Director, Labor Market Analyst to join their Research and Evaluation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze labor market data to identify trends in technology hiring and skills for entry- to mid-level roles
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with leadership to translate labor market data into actionable recommendations for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Public Policy, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in labor market analysis, economic research, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, or SPSS)
• Experience working with labor market data sources (e.g., Lightcast, BLS, O*NET, etc.)
• Utilization of AI tools in data analysis
