Labor Public Sector Regional Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Labor & Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow relationships with labor unions and public sector entities
• Create market demand and secure meetings with potential buyers
• Drive sales goals and define long-term strategy for labor and public sector clients

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of direct sales experience, with 5+ years working with labor unions and/or public sector
• Detailed understanding of labor relations, union administration, and collective bargaining
• Proven sales performance and strong understanding of healthcare economics
• Comfort with data and ability to interpret analytics
• Proven network of leaders within the Labor and Fund communities
