Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor Relations Administrator (remote US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the grievance procedure by receiving, tracking, and investigating grievances
  • Advise management on the administration of collectively bargained agreements and colleague discipline
  • Assist in proposal development for collective bargaining and participate in negotiations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of general business experience
  • 1+ years of labor/employee relations experience
  • Superior knowledge of U.S. federal and state labor and employment laws
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of working experience
  • J.D. preferred
