Job Summary
A company is looking for a Labor Relations Administrator (remote US).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the grievance procedure by receiving, tracking, and investigating grievances
- Advise management on the administration of collectively bargained agreements and colleague discipline
- Assist in proposal development for collective bargaining and participate in negotiations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of general business experience
- 1+ years of labor/employee relations experience
- Superior knowledge of U.S. federal and state labor and employment laws
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of working experience
- J.D. preferred
