Labor Relations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor Relations Coordinator to manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with production plans in a unionized manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure labor schedules are executed to meet production and non-production requirements
• Lead labor discussions in weekly production planning meetings and coordinate with HR and E&T
• Participate in the implementation of the labor scheduling system, Indeavor, and ensure effective communication across teams

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced unionized manufacturing environment
• Experience with labor scheduling systems and methodologies
• Knowledge of continuous improvement efforts
• Ability to work closely with various departments to identify labor needs
• Experience in documenting and training on procedures
