Job Summary

Serving as a senior Subject Matter Expert, the full-time remote Labor Relations Manager will lead complex labor relations processes, provide strategic guidance on collective bargaining agreements with CWA and IBEW, and mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance and providing actionable recommendations
  • Lead grievance processes and develop resolution strategies for high-complexity grievances across multiple business units
  • Cultivate relationships with union representatives and facilitate labor-management meetings to resolve disputes and enhance collaboration
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive labor relations experience, preferably with CWA and/or IBEW
  • Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and labor law principles, including the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
  • Strong negotiating skills with a proven track record in formal bargaining settings
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating across teams
