Job Summary

Providing proactive Labor Relations leadership, the full-time Manager, Labor Strategy & Engagement will work remotely to enhance workforce experience strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster positive employee relations across North America.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and recommend strategies to address labor relations and retention needs while managing metrics that support proactive labor relations strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, providing leadership and support for issue resolution and staying informed on labor-related activities
  • Conduct training for front line leaders and serve as an advocate for employees, driving timely resolution of issues and fostering a positive work environment
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of HR and/or Labor Relations experience with a strong understanding of relevant laws and internal HR programs
  • Basic understanding of business units and financials, including the ability to read a P&L statement
  • Proven skills in Google Suite products, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Strong leadership abilities to provide direction and advocate for effective employee relations strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with both hourly and exempt leadership
