Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor Relations Partner to maintain productive relationships with represented employees and union partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and conduct meetings to investigate and resolve grievances
  • Develop settlement recommendations and resolution strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with Labor Strategy and property leadership to ensure effective grievance outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience required
  • Experience in a resort, hospitality, or complex operational environment preferred
  • PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
