Job Summary
A company is looking for a Labor Relations Partner to maintain productive relationships with represented employees and union partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and conduct meetings to investigate and resolve grievances
- Develop settlement recommendations and resolution strategies to support business objectives
- Collaborate with Labor Strategy and property leadership to ensure effective grievance outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience required
- Experience in a resort, hospitality, or complex operational environment preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
