A company is looking for an Employee Labor Relations Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex analyses and reporting on Labor Relations programs and processes
• Provide guidance on labor relations issues and collaborate on cross-functional solutions
• Lead labor relations administration initiatives and support union contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree or J.D. preferred
• 4+ years of experience in labor relations or related HR operations
• 8+ years of experience managing projects or programs in a complex environment
• Experience in process improvement and implementing HR technology solutions
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-informed decision-making
