Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-to-end investigations including interviews, documentation review, and detailed reporting
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure fair, consistent outcomes
  • Recommend appropriate actions based on investigation findings and identify trends to prevent future risks
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience conducting workplace misconduct investigations
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Law, Compliance, Criminal Justice, or a related field
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and empathy
  • Skilled in prioritizing complex, high-impact investigations
  • Spanish-speaking skills a plus
