A company is looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to support labor relations across its global business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with union representatives to resolve issues and prevent escalation
• Administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements and manage grievances
• Support collective bargaining efforts through research, analysis, and preparation of materials

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in labor relations in a unionized environment
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Experience administering U.S. collective bargaining agreements
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and database management skills
