Job Summary

Labor Relations Specialist, a full-time remote position focused on managing union-related compensation and benefits obligations, including retroactive payments and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the intake and tracking of union grievances related to pay and contract interpretation
  • Coordinate with internal partners to gather necessary documentation and evaluate grievances
  • Manage the end-to-end program for processing union retro payments and develop datasets for accurate calculations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in U.S. labor relations or related HR/Payroll compliance roles
  • Experience with union retro calculations and collective bargaining agreements
  • Familiarity with Enterprise HR/Payroll systems (SAP, ADP) and timekeeping systems
  • Experience managing large datasets and reconciling discrepancies
