Job Summary

To provide expert advisory services in labor relations, the fully remote Labor Relations Specialist will manage collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance and arbitration proceedings, and unfair labor practice matters while collaborating with management and HR partners.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide strategic consultation on labor relations, including bargaining obligations and contract interpretation
  • Facilitate labor management relationship building and coach leaders on effective engagement practices
  • Administer grievances and prepare for arbitration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Required qualifications
  • Three to five years of experience in labor relations advisory services, including grievances and collective bargaining
  • Expertise in interpreting and applying federal labor relations laws and regulations
  • Proven track record of representing management in negotiations with union officials
  • Experience in analyzing labor relations issues and developing strategic recommendations
  • Strong understanding of grievance procedures and arbitration processes
