Laboratory Bench Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bench Scientist to support vaccine development in a laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sample testing related to vaccine development, including bioprocess and formulation development
• Document experiments and analyze data using an electronic laboratory notebook
• Contribute to the authoring of technical documents and provide daily laboratory operations support

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in biology or a related discipline with 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of antibody-antigen interactions and bioassay analytical techniques
• Proficiency with personal computers, including word processing and relevant scientific software
• Prior experience working with plate-based immune methods is preferred
• Experience with documentation using electronic laboratory notebooks is advantageous
