Laboratory Biotech Services Manager

Job Summary

Leading a Client Delivery Team, the full-time remote Laboratory Biotech Services Manager will oversee daily operations, drive compliant study execution, and enhance client relationships while supporting staff development and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team activities in compliance with organizational policies and regulations
• Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth and performance management
• Ensure studies are executed according to FDA, ICH, and EMEA guidelines and promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical trials, project management, or laboratory environments
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and centralized laboratory systems
• Strong knowledge of Project Services processes and central laboratory operations preferred
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
