Job Summary
A company is looking for a Laboratory Client Support Technician in Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and preanalytic support services for clients and technical operations
- Process and evaluate specimens according to established procedures and initiate problem resolution
- Maintain customer relationships and document communications, resolutions, and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must complete department-specific training and demonstrate competency within 6 months
- Preferred college-level courses in medical terminology, biology, or related life sciences
- Customer service or call center work experience
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and general medical laboratory experience
