Job Summary

A company is looking for a Laboratory Client Support Technician in Client Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and preanalytic support services for clients and technical operations
  • Process and evaluate specimens according to established procedures and initiate problem resolution
  • Maintain customer relationships and document communications, resolutions, and follow-ups


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must complete department-specific training and demonstrate competency within 6 months
  • Preferred college-level courses in medical terminology, biology, or related life sciences
  • Customer service or call center work experience
  • Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and general medical laboratory experience
