Job Summary

A company is looking for a Laboratory Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as a liaison between the laboratory and caregivers, providing support and exceptional customer service
  • Handles inbound calls and manages patient test results and inquiries regarding laboratory services
  • Maintains professionalism and accuracy while escalating complex situations as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree required, or equivalent experience in lab or customer service
  • One year of customer service or call center experience required
  • Experience in a laboratory or laboratory support preferred
  • Ability to work in a stressful and rapidly changing environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to type 35 wpm
