Job Summary
A company is looking for a Laboratory Customer Service Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between the laboratory and caregivers, providing support and exceptional customer service
- Handles inbound calls and manages patient test results and inquiries regarding laboratory services
- Maintains professionalism and accuracy while escalating complex situations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required, or equivalent experience in lab or customer service
- One year of customer service or call center experience required
- Experience in a laboratory or laboratory support preferred
- Ability to work in a stressful and rapidly changing environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to type 35 wpm
